Covid- 19 Couples

We want to begin by stating, we are so sorry. We are sorry that after all the planning and dedication you put into your day, things had to change. A Wedding is a day filled with love, and closeness. With Covid-19 these events look different. They may be a small gathering in your backyard with a very short guest list. Or you may be postponing your event to next year. We are here to support you, help achieve that, however it may look. We want all aspects and details from your event to be remembered in the most positive way possible. 

• initial consult to overview current planning, vendors, concerns and priorities.
• review of vendor contracts and careful consideration of postponement or cancellation clauses.
• communication to vendors, presenting couples priorities, concerns, and collecting answers.
• advice and support through the redesign process, guest communication plan and how we can address other components.
• vendor recommendation (if required)
• venue and vendor communication and review for all updated and/or new contracts.
• new written plan for couple.

• initial consult to overview current planning, vendors, concerns and priorities. Reccomendations where changes are required.
• two additional meetings, two months prior to the event.
• ceremony and reception site visit.
• unlimited communication.
• development of timeline, and details for all working parts- vendors, service providers and the very important, wedding party.
• communication with all vendors, and service providers to confirm the details.
• wedding rehearsal supervision 
•  assistance with ceremony & reception decor change over and set up on day of event only. 
• on site coordination & supervision, with an assistant, at the ceremony and reception for up to 10 hours on the day of wedding
